Summit Builders were contracted in 2009/2010 to build REL’s new corporate office and training centre at 10 Maverick Place, Paradise. The building was completed on time and within budget. In 2013 we contracted Summit Builders to build an addition to our existing building, including new office space on the second floor and additional warehouse space. Again the work was completed on time and within budget. Andy Butt has been great to work with and has been very responsive to our needs and requests. Highly recommend Summit Builders to anyone looking to construct a new building or renovate an existing building.

I worked on two projects with Andy Butt of Summit Builders. First, a renovation and building a new building. Both projects were a great experience. Through all the planning, changes, and problems Andy remained professional, kind, patience, and an educator. His ability to resolve issues and to explain procedures so that any non-construction person could understand is truly amazing. Summit Builders provided excellent service to St. John Ambulance NL Council during design and construction phase of our new building in Mount Pearl.
